Core Yoga Studio is a center that conducts yoga classes of basic yoga practices for promoting health and wellness based on traditional yoga practices.
Our center provides intentional sharing of yoga practices that support healing and build resilience for all, regardless of circumstances, taught within a context of conscious relationship rooted in self reflection and self-inquiry.
The class includes breathing exercises, meditation, and gentle stretching in addition to traditional yoga poses. The yoga instructor will provide props and modifications as needed so that one can practice safely and effectively.
Core Yoga Center is a sacred space for self transformation, where you can stay and dedicate time towards your inner growth.
