Hari Om, Welcome to Dheerghalaya Yoga Shaala (DYS). The nest for the wellbeing and inner peace nestled in the place Bangalore Dodda Banaswadi by Hemalatha (known as Hemamani) YCB level 3 Qualified, Yoga Rathna, Yoga Chakravarthi, Yoga Sudar, Yoga Therapist (Autism), Master in Intensive Healer, started teaching Yoga from 2016 for special children and has dedicated herself to fostering holistic mental health and spiritual growth.
Also she started taking classes for both genders to create awareness of mental health and Physical health through Yoga. Classes are designed based on their Physical and Mental health for both. We are mainly dedicated to the special need children to make them calm, discipline, improve focus, concentration, sharp memory and independent to lead their life.
We are creating opportunities for inclusive yoga competition. Our ambition is to understand and accept that the special need children also can achieve in Yoga. We would like to conduct the events for all (age) genders to improve their skills. our session is crafted with care, focusing on everyone’s
to improve their alignment, breath control and mindfulness.

- Yoga for Postpartum: Gentle and restorative practices tailored to support mothers in their postpartum recovery journey, promoting healing and rejuvenation.
