You may select your level from Foundation Course in Yoga (introductory course with 50 hours of syllabus) or Certificate Course in Yoga (200 hours or basic Instructor’s course) or Advanced Certificate Course in Yoga (Degree / PG / Or above)

2. FREE IYA Membership

Depending of your yoga learning, you can become Yoga Volunteer Member (Yog Samarthak) of Yoga Professional Member (Yog Prashikshak)

Fees:

Rs. 250 – Foundation Course in Yoga FCY (50 hours)

Rs. 1000 – Certificate Course in Yoga CCY (200 hours)

Rs. 1500 – Advance Certificate Course in Yoga ACCY (500 hours)
