Vyasa Yoga Singapore was founded in 2011 in affiliation with S-VYASA Bangalore, an Education Establishment with great global reputation. With said accreditation from an International Organization such as S-VYASA, and our scientific approach to Yoga, we have established ourselves within our community as a leader in our field. Our family extents to over 2,000 Trained Yoga Instructors and 500 Trained Yoga Therapists, as well as our Yoga students.

We offer a range of services such as Yoga Instructor courses (YICC), Yoga Therapy Courses (YTCC), Advanced Hatha Yoga Instructor Courses (AHYICC), group and 1:1 yoga therapy sessions and regular Yoga classes. We organize workshops, seminars and conferences to share latest techniques, research and developments in the field of yoga and to share the therapeutic applications of regular yoga practice.
We endeavor to promote positive physical and mental health through our advanced techniques for stress management, emotion mastering, energization and meditation.
ABOUT S-VYASA
Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA) is a unique Yoga University translating the vision and teachings of Swami Vivekananda to action through academic higher education programs. It was registered as a charitable institution (1986) that aims to promote Yoga as a socially relevant Science. In 2002, the UGC named S-VYASA as a Deemed to be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act 1956. S-VYASA is also the First ISO 2001:2008 Certified Yoga University.
The mission of S-VYASA is to combine the Yoga and Spiritual lore from the East with the modern scientific research from the West.
S-VYASA specializes in Yoga Research and Yoga Therapy. They have been substantiating scientific validation through research over the years. They have successfully published 284 research papers, and all have been indexed in PubMed/Medline or Psychlit/Psychinfo. S-VYASA has carried itself as a Centre of Advanced Research in Yoga and Neurophysiology authorized by the Indian Council of Medical Research.
S-VYASA has a campus called Prashanti Kutiram, the Abode of Peace, 30 Kms away from the center of Bangalore. This campus lies in the lap of nature amidst greenery, sprawling over 100 acres. It is also about 14Kms from the bountiful Bannerughatta National Park. In addition, S-VYASA has an exhaustive Yoga Library with a wide range collection of 15,000 books, videos and books as well as a digital library that has a few thousand online journals.
Envisioning to prevent and cure modern Non-Communicable Diseases, Long-term Rehabilitation and to promote Positive health, S-VYASA runs and supports a Yoga Therapy Research Health Home with a 250 inpatient treatment facility called Arogyadhama.
Over the years, S-VYASA has standardized many Advanced Yoga techniques as Cyclic Meditation, Pranic Energization Technique, Mind Sound Resonance Technique, Mastering the Emotions Technique and more.
ACHIEVEMENT
The Department of AYUSH in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India accorded S-VYASA as Centre of Excellence in Yoga. S-VYASA also has an Advanced Centre for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy sponsored by The Indian Council of Medical Research.
