VINYAS- A FOUNDATION OF YOGA AND PRACTICE
Vinyas Yoga Studio, Gwalior,Madhya Pradesh works on this philosophy of the Upanishads and is working incessantly with a holistic approach towards their clients who approach them for a Yogic healing of their physical and psychological problems. Established in September 2009, VINYAS, stands for Vedic Institute of Yoga and Seva and truly the two founders of this studio Dr Lalitha Gaurav and Mr Gaurav Jain with their service attitude has made this studio a celebrated Institution internationally.

The trust under which all the social, cultural, research, training and therapeutic activities that VINYAS YOGA STUDIO perform, is registered under Madhya Pradesh Public Trust Act 1951 Sec 4. The Name of the trust is Vedic Institute of Yoga and Seva – the acronym of which is VINYAS. VINYAS in Sanskrit means to collect, or to join together, or to assemble. The Institute aims to collect people of similar nature to progress themselves and thereby lead a powerful healthy nation on the basis of the principles of Yoga and Veda.
THE FOUNDERS
Dr. Lalitha Gaurav is a PhD MSc in Yogic Sciences and has a teaching experience of 14yrs.Presently, she is working as an Asst. Professor at Lakshmibai National Institute Of Physical Education for the last 8 years. Mr. Gaurav Jain an MA in Yoga and holds a diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy. He has a vast knowledge of 27 yrs in the field of Yoga Therapy. It is through their experience of Yoga Therapy and a very amiable nature, both of them have helped innumerable participants to come out of their sickness and clinical symptoms who still continue to be a members of the Vinyas family. The ambience of the studio and the positivity of the two Gurus create an aura of complete wellbeing when one enters the doors of Vinyas Yoga Studio.
EXPANSE AND IMPACT OF OUR WORK
Since 2019 the Studio has been affiliated under VYASA, Bengaluru and has been conducting Yoga Instructors Course, a 300 hrs certification programme. Apart from the regular therapeutic classes and the certification courses, the studio also conducts various national and international Workshops on Yogic Methodologies and Treatments which are attended by various medical professionals who apply these learnings for recuperation of their patients.
To escape the monotony of daily life, the VINYAS YOGA STUDI Oarranges Yogic Gateways to beautiful and serene locations where Nature and Yoga merge into a holistic change of character and personality of an individual.
Due to the ongoing pandemic when the whole world is at standstill, Vinyas is conducting Online Yoga Classes so that every individual can continue with a healthy body and mind maintaining social distancing within the boundaries of their houses. This new mode of conducting classes have also become popular where around 120 participants practice both morning and evening sessiontogether. The Vinyas family proudly says what the two founders have claimed “#VinyasmeinHoga”.
Having clients all over the world, today Vinyas Yoga Studio has expanded in prominence and surely ranks as one of the premier institutes of Yoga in Madhya Pradesh. The holistic management of good health and the foundation of our traditional Yogic culture- the two pillars on which the Studio stands will continue their service towards mankind in the coming years too.
The founder members are equally interested in the field of Yoga researches and have been actively engaged in the same. A few of the researches done by them are:
