Tokyo Yoga Center was established in 1970 by Koh Hanari, who have learned Yoga in India, as a place to share the Hatha Yoga.
With the aspiration that Japanese individuals would find vitality through yoga practice, the center has been dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental well-being of city dwellers.
In 2013, Sunao Hanari succeeded his father’s legacy and became the second generation.
Today, Tokyo Yoga Center continues to strive to promote “Yoga that can be practiced daily in everyday life” in order to everyone’s life better.
