One Month Basic Teachers’ Training Course (English) |

This course is suitable for teaching yoga to school students (secondary level) and healthy young adults. The One Month TTC covers theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga. The syllabus consists of Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas with their related benefits, limitations and contraindications, methodology and lesson planning, public speaking, diet and yoga hygiene. Sessions in essential Anatomy & Physiology (awareness of all the medical systems of the human body) and study of selected Yoga Sutras are part of the curriculum. The faculty consists of experienced teachers of The Yoga Institute. |
| Duration : |
1 month – starts on the 1st day of every month.
Timing: Monday to Saturday – 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sunday – 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. All participants are required to attend at least one Satsang on Sunday between 9.30 am to 10.30 am. |

No Pre-requisites. Open to all. Minimum age 18 years.

Prior registration is compulsory in the case of International students.
The participants are required to be present by 9.00 am on the 1st day of that month. |
| Fees: |
Residential: Rs. 45,000/- (Inclusive of course fee, study material, accommodation on triple occupancy basis and 4 meals a day)
