Founder’s Journey:
Sangeetha Ravindhran’s journey with yoga began in 2019 when she started practicing it to address her health issues. As she delved deeper into the practice, she realized that yoga is a science encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This realization sparked a deep interest within her, leading to a path of learning and growth in the field of yoga. Soon after, she obtained certifications as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher, enabling her to cater to the unique needs of pregnant women, both during and after pregnancy. She began conducting prenatal yoga classes under the referral of a renowned gynecologist at a multi-specialty hospital. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, she extended her services to guide COVID patients through yoga practices, offering free support during a challenging time. Additionally, she provided yoga practices to corporate employees, including sessions for IndusInd Bank with over 100 participants from branches across Tamil Nadu.
Her expertise also expanded to elderly individuals through brain activity programs, doctors in multi-specialty hospitals, and gynecology clinics focusing on pregnancy-related yoga. She has been invited as a jury member for a district-level yoga competition on International Day of Yoga and to provide yoga guidance to pregnant women on Women’s Day at Dharan Women’s Care Fertility Centre.
