Space 7 Yoga & Wellness Centre is a yoga studio with a focus on health and wellness over and above the overarching benefits of Classical Yoga.
Our logo symbolises our philosophy. The image of lotus represents Padmasana or the lotus pose, which is one of the primary postures in yoga practice. The number 7 stands for the seven chakras or the energy centres in our bodies – Muladhara (root chakra), Swadhishthana (sacral chakra), Manipura (solar plexus chakra), Anahata (heart chakra), Vishuddha (throat chakra), Ajna (third eye chakra) and Sahasra (crown chakra).
The phrase Samatvam Yoga Uchayate written in Devnagari script primarily indicates that yoga goes beyond physical practice and mental calmness but strives to arrive at spiritual equanimity and inner peace.
The colours yellow and brown also reinforces our philosophy. The colour yellow stands for sun, which, in turn, signifies happiness, joy and optimism. Brown, on the other hand, represents earth. It signifies stability, reliability and humaneness.
