Kailash Yoga kendra founded by Yoga master Narendra in 2011. Who holds a master degree in yoga therapy. Completed Internation certification course from Swami sivananda Asram, Completed Yoga teacher training course 800 hours from krishnamachary Yoga mandiram. Master Narendra also completed his level 3 from AYUSH ministry. Kailash yoga kendra believes in an ancient Yoga system through which humanity can be serve better way by reducing physical mental sufferings. Our center have 2 branches in Chennai. Kailash yoga kendra follow Sivanada style for general fitness & therapeutic yoga from Krishnamacharya tradition. We conduct teachers training course along with Ayush ministry Level 1 exam
