The Sivananda Yoga Sadhana Intensive Course, a two-week residential course open to Sivananda Teachers’ Training graduates, and an in-depth programme of classical hatha yoga, balanced by the study of classical scriptures. Students work towards eight hours of hatha yoga per day, doing intense and prolonged pranayama, based on individual self-practice. The course demands a high level of self-discipline with guidance given according to individual needs.
