The Yoga Institute’s popular 21 Days Better Living Course is now back on campus. It is perfect for anyone wanting to start their journey into the discovery of Yoga. It is designed for working professionals who may practice and learn yoga for a little more than an hour and experience the difference in their daily lives.
Trained teachers of the Institute convey Yogic concepts and their application in day-to-day life, covering an introduction to Ashtanga Yoga, asanas, pranayamas, kriyas and attitude training as well as Parisamvad sessions with Dr. Hansaji.
This is a certificate course and has been conducted successfully by the Institute for 50 years. The next 21 Days Better Living Course will start on Sunday, 3rd October 2021 and end on Saturday, 23rd October 2021;timings are from 7 am to 8:30 am
