Hari Om, Welcome to Dheerghalaya Yoga Shaala (DYS). The nest for the wellbeing and inner peace nestled in the place Bangalore Dodda Banaswadi by Hemalatha (known as Hemamani) YCB level 3 Qualified, Yoga Rathna, Yoga Chakravarthi, Yoga Sudar, Yoga Therapist (Autism), Master in Intensive Healer, started teaching Yoga from 2016 for special children and has dedicated herself to fostering holistic mental health and spiritual growth.

Also she started taking classes for both genders to create awareness of mental health and Physical health through Yoga. Classes are designed based on their Physical and Mental health for both. We are mainly dedicated to the special need children to make them calm, discipline, improve focus, concentration, sharp memory and independent to lead their life.

We are creating opportunities for inclusive yoga competition. Our ambition is to understand and accept that the special need children also can achieve in Yoga. We would like to conduct the events for all (age) genders to improve their skills. our session is crafted with care, focusing on everyone’s
to improve their alignment, breath control and mindfulness.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our welcoming environment ensures that everyone feels supported and empowered on their yoga journey.

Our diverse range of classes includes:

  • Yoga for Special Need Children: One to one session to make them serene and independent.
  • Yoga for Children: Engaging and interactive sessions designed to introduce children to the principles of yoga in a fun and playful environment.
  • Yoga Therapy: Personalized sessions aimed at addressing specific health concerns and promoting overall well-being through targeted yoga practices.
  • Special Classes for Senior Citizens: Gentle and nurturing classes focusing on improving flexibility, mobility, balance, and mental peace.
  • Yoga for Prenatal: Tailored practices to support expectant mothers, promoting strength, flexibility, and relaxation during pregnancy.
  • Yoga for Postpartum: Gentle and restorative practices tailored to support mothers in their postpartum recovery journey, promoting healing and rejuvenation.
  • Laughter and Clapping Yoga: Innovative sessions combining laughter therapy and rhythmic clapping to uplift spirits and promote mental and emotional well-being.
