Certificate Course in Yoga (200 Hours)
Take the next step in your yogic journey with this Certificate Course in Yoga, designed to prepare students to become yoga instructors. Conducted by IYA’s Associate Centers, this 200-hour teacher training course focuses on foundational teaching techniques and yogic practices. Students who successfully complete the course receive certification from the IYA, marking their readiness to share yoga with others.
Eligibility – 10th Std & 18 Years of Age
Duration – 200 Hours
Practical : Theory = 60 : 40 I.E. 120 Hours: 80 Hours
Minimum Contact Hours = 80% IE. 160 Hours
Practical – Total Contact hours = 96 Hours
Theory – Total Contact Hours = 64 Hours
Fees: Rs 1000 for Indian Nationals / $ 40 for non Indians
(Note: These courses are conducted by Associate Centers affiliated with the Indian Yoga Association. The IYA is responsible for providing certification, ensuring uniform standards of quality and expertise across all recognized programs.)
The 73 Topics, Institutions should cover at least 51 topics (The score should be greater than 51 for the Theory topics of CCY) This would mean upto 22 topics may be institution-specific syllabus
