AYG Academy
Dr.Nutan Pakhare has been an ayurvedic practitioner for 18 years and recipient of reputed national and international awards.
All these years of teaching, training, and healing people have helped her to learn the deeper concepts of ayurveda and yoga. She has also been through many experiences of treating pregnant women and handling childbirth as a doctor.
She was always inclined towards women’s health issues, particularly related to conception and childbirth. With her experience as a doctor, eventually, She has worked in rural and urban hospitals and handled deliveries during my training. After that she upgraded to yoga as a master in yogic science and worked at a reputed institute in yoga kaivalyadhama for 8 years.
When she became a professor she thought of taking her experience in education for health professionals like yoga teachers ,physiotherapists and health enthusiasts. That is how she has started teaching prenatal postnatal yoga & garbh sanskar course since 2018.
She has even done research on this subject and now her manuscript is ready to publish soon in the book form.
After running this course successfully for a year she has now started her own Academy, called the AYG Academy. internationally accredited with a world yoga organization 2020. Post coronavirus lockdown in 2020, She has designed various online courses to promote tIndian sciences of wellbeing Ayurveda ,Yoga and Garbh Sanskar.She also offers online medical consultation and successfully helped expecting mothers from various countries.
Currently AYG Academy offers courses as follows,
1- Prenatal Postnatal Yoga and Garbhsanskar
2-Practical Ayurveda in Daily Life
3- Masterclass on wellbeing through Health Study platform
4- Ayurveda and Yoga Anatomy Course
5- Workshops on women’s health and wellbeing associated with various yoga centres national and international level.
She has a dream of taking this knowledge in educating and healing more people, so that the wisdom from ancient Indian sciences proliferates across the world.
