Yog Aayush LLP is a holistic wellness and therapeutic yoga institution founded by Avani Shah, a dedicated Therapeutic Yoga Practitioner and Educator, devoted to integrating the timeless wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda with modern scientific understanding for complete well-being.
Avani Shah holds an M.Sc. in Medical Yoga and an M.A. in Yog Shastra. She has completed certification courses from S-VYASA University, Bengaluru, and Kaivalyadhama, Lonavla, two of India’s most esteemed yoga research institutions. Spiritually guided and showered with the profound knowledge of the Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads by Swami Parmatmanand Saraswatiji and Swamini Dhanyachaitanyaji, she embodies a balanced approach blending philosophical depth with therapeutic application.
She currently serves as Acting Faculty at Kaivalyadhama (Pashan Centre), Maharashtra Yog Shikshak Sangh, and Maria’s Yoga and Pranayama Centre, imparting therapeutic yoga education and guiding students in the science and philosophy of yoga.
Yog Aayush specializes in Therapeutic Yoga Programs addressing chronic pain, musculoskeletal issues, postural imbalances, and lifestyle-related disorders. Each session integrates:
• Condition-specific Asanas and Pranayama,
• Relaxation and Meditative Techniques,
• Shat Karmas (Yogic Detox Practices) – Jala Neti, Sutra Neti, Kapalabhati, Trataka, Kunjal Kriya,
• Ayurvedic Consultations focusing on Dosha assessment, Shodhana (detoxification), and Shamana (balancing) therapies By DR Richi Jain(BAMS)

• Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TYTT) meeting YCB Level-6 standards,
