Aravind Yoga and Nature Cure Academy, established in 2004, promotes Yoga, naturopathy, Siddha medicine, and Varma therapy. Recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu in 2012, the academy has organized over 1,016 free camps, highlighting its commitment to community health.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the academy provided free yoga sessions and “kapasura kudineer, Herbal water” to people’s homes, showing its dedication to public health. It also offers specialized training in yoga therapy, naturopathy, and Varma therapy, preparing professionals in these fields. Following Siddha principles, the academy aims to foster physical and mental well-being while focusing on service.
