AJ Yoga – a Health and Wellness Company, is founded by Anuja Jasrotia, hailing from Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir.
She completed her MA in Naturopathy and Yogic Science from Sri Sri University, Odisha with a silver medal in 2018. Her outstanding performance gave her an opportunity to receive the honour of ‘ The Best Student of the Year, 2018’ from Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji.
With her expertise in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha yoga, through ‘AJ Yoga’ she aims to impart the precious wisdom of Yoga. AJ Yoga conducts regular group and personal yoga classes, therapy yoga classes, many yoga and reflexology workshops and Certification courses.
AJ Yoga also conducts 200, 300 and 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training Program and diploma course, online and offline.
She has taken up the vision of her Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar for a happy, healthy and stress free society.
