08:00 – 09:00 – practice; Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutations); preparatory and full Śavasana
09:00 – 10:00 – practice; Nadi-Shuddhi cleansing breaths; Surya Trataka (Sun gazing)
10:00 – 10:30 – breakfast
10:30 – 11: 30 – Suryanamaskar (Sun Salutations), discussion of four dynamic surya namaskar (DSN) levels, benefits of the practice based on research
11:30 – 11:45 – preparatory and full relaxation (theory)
11:45 – 13:30 – introduction to the Ashtanga Krijas system (8 cleansing units)
13:30 – 14:30 – break: herbal tea, fruit snack
14:30 – 16:00 – detailed discussion of the 5 initial parts of Ashtanga Kriyas
16:00 – 16:30 – presentation and discussion of selected śatkrijas (also some advanced techniques)
16:30 – 17:15 – the practice of selected śatkriyas: tratak, kapalabhati, agnisara, uddiyana, and nadi-shuddhi
17:15 – 17:45 – circulatory meditation (instantaneous relaxation technique – IRT, quick relaxation technique – QRT and deep relaxation technique – DRT)
17:45 – 18:00 – questions / answers, comments
18:00 – dinner and other ashram/center programs
Day 2

10:30 – 11:45 – a detailed discussion of the 3 advanced elements of Ashtanga Kriyas, their importance in cleansing the body, psyche and spirit; examples of extraordinary health
11:45 – 13:30 – fasting, its significance in body purification and structured water
13:30 – 14:30 – break; lunch; fruit snack
14:30 – 16:00 – theoretical introduction and practice of two / three selected Yoga Anubhava techniques (without forcing)
16:00 – 17:00 – circulatory meditation (IRT, QRT and DRT)
17:00 – 18:00 – questions / answers, comments
18:00 – dinner and other ashram/center programs
Dr. Krzysztof Stec is a Polish professor in physical education and yogi. He has attended Kaivalyadhama, Banaras Hindu University and the University of Rajasthan for yoga and physical education. He has written a book called Suryanamskar (MLBD).
