In this 3 day workshop we will move, breathe and dive deep into the teachings of Kundalini Yoga at taught by Yoga Bhajan.
Modern lifestyles can be prone to added stress to the body, mind and total being. In this 3 Day Kundalini Intensive Workshop, we will explore moments of movement, rest and contemplation to uncover powerful mental health techniques to Release, Restore and Revitalize for a calmer, peaceful and exuberant life. We will dive deep into the negative, positive and neutral minds.
If your body and mind are chaotic even when you are unwinding, come join us. If you want to learn techniques to help your system flourish this immersion is for you!
We will use the breath as a means to explore the body, mind and soul; and Kundalini yoga to access bliss and explore tension with techniques to master the mind.
When habits and beliefs are looked at from another perspective, the journey of Self-discovery starts. You will see how likely it is that you initiate unnoticed patterns, thoughts, physical sensations and feelings that are no longer fruitful in the present moment. Habits that are based on old beliefs and experiences have served you in the past and are ready to be release as your restore and revitalize for a peaceful and exuberant life.
Each day concludes with the world famous Ganga Havan and Aarti followed by satsang with Pujya Sadhviji.
