The 900 hours 4 Months Advanced TTC (AYUSH Level 3, RYT 900) is for those students who want to delve deeper into the philosophy and experience of yoga. It enables students to become certified yoga teachers to all age groups in just four months, managing various diseases. The course syllabus covers in-depth study and practice of asanas, pranayamas and kriyas as well as attitude training, public speaking, teaching methodology, practice teaching, anatomy & physiology, psychology, yoga and samkhya philosophy and an introduction to the study of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Gheranda Samhita. The syllabus also consists of experiential learning of unique techniques & concepts pioneered by the founders of the Institute.

The next 900 hours TTC will start on 1st March 2021 and end on 19th June 2021. It will be conducted online.
